Director of Sales: Truleo is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Director of Sales.

This role will be remote within the following regions - Atlanta or Charlotte with travel as required.

Job Description

This position will leverage your sales and people skills to cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with prospective customers. You will be responsible for developing and executing individual territory plans, generating, nurturing, and managing new leads and business opportunities throughout a multi-month sales pipeline.

You will consistently meet and exceed sales, growth, and revenue targets. Your minimum 5 years of sales experience will serve you well in this role.

You should possess strong communication skills, analytical thinking, flexibility to change, self-motivation, confidence, and excellent networking and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
  • Demonstrate a highly proficient approach to customer discovery, customer communications, and the sales cycle.
  • Develop and execute individual territory plans that define target accounts based on the best fit for the services and solutions that Truleo provides.
  • Generate, nurture, and manage new leads and business opportunities throughout a multi-month sales pipeline.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales, growth, and revenue targets.
  • You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • You have demonstrable capability in building new relationships and expanding existing ones.
  • You are an exceptional communicator with an ability to develop, maintain, and manage customer relationships that reinforce value and leverage data and insights.
  • You are analytical, flexible to change, self-motivated, confident, and possess strong networking and problem-solving skills.
Earnings Potential:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum (based on performance). This salary range takes into account the competitive market rates for similar roles in Atlanta or Charlotte, considering factors such as the cost of living, industry standards, and the company's vision to attract top talent.
