Job Title: Gravel Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled Gravel Truck Driver to join our team at All Season Weeping Tile Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a dump truck to transport gravel and other materials to various locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a dump truck to transport gravel and other materials to various locations
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition
  • Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
  • Monitor and maintain the vehicle's condition, including fuel levels, tire pressure, and brakes
  • Communicate with dispatch and other team members to coordinate transportation and delivery schedules
  • Record and report any issues or incidents related to the vehicle or transportation
Requirements
  • Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than 3 axles)
  • Air Brakes Endorsement
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. The ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) is required.
