Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at AL-MUQEET FOODS INC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports, including budget and cost estimates, to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service principles.
- Language: Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
