Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Firearms Sales Outfitter to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legendary customer service by assisting customers in finding the right firearms and accessories for their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest firearms and accessories, including new products and technologies.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and make recommendations based on that information.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current on company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • One or more years of experience in a sales or service environment is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • A Restricted and Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
