Senior Clinical Psychologist for Acquired Brain Injury Services

Fraser Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our Acquired Brain Injury Services (ABI) Team. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will provide a full range of psychological services to clients with acquired brain injuries.
The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and experience working with rehabilitation interventions and multidisciplinary teamwork with complex care clients. You will be responsible for providing neurocognitive assessments, individual and group treatment interventions, and program development and management of psychological services for the ABI program.
As a senior clinical psychologist, you will participate as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, produce and maintain confidential client clinical records, and promote educational programs on therapeutic and assessment techniques at the team, community, and regional level.
You will also have the opportunity to work alongside a multi-disciplinary team including OT, PT, SLP, RT, SW, Nurses, and a Behaviour Analyst, and contribute to research work for the advancement of psychological issues within the ABI services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of psychological services to clients with acquired brain injuries
- Develop and implement rehabilitation treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Conduct neurocognitive assessments and provide individual and group treatment interventions
- Manage and develop programs for psychological services for the ABI program
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes
- Maintain accurate and confidential client clinical records
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology
- Experience working with rehabilitation interventions and multidisciplinary teamwork
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmental theories, family and social dynamics, treatment and behavior management modalities, and psychological testing and interpretation
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
