Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and onboard new accounts to drive business growth and expansion
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales growth in existing customer accounts
  • Conduct regular account visits to achieve determined account coverage and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Develop and manage an opportunity pipeline to support monthly sales objectives
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience within the electrical distribution industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Experience with CRM software to manage sales activities and track performance
