About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Dean Wood Construction Ltd. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.

Requirements
