Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at D Spot Dessert Cafe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our dessert cafe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Staff Management: Train and develop our food service staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties to the highest standard.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Work Environment:

Our dessert cafe is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be standing for extended periods and will need to be physically able to perform the duties of the role.
