Job Summary

Fluid - Solutions de Talents/Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Ethics and Compliance team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our Compliance Program in Canada and the broader Americas region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Compliance Standards and Procedures to ensure effective risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert support to Business Units and functions in the region on compliance-related issues and projects.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop remediation plans to mitigate compliance risks.
  • Deliver targeted Compliance training to employees and third-party vendors.
  • Monitor and report on Compliance Program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a Compliance, Audit, Risk, or Governance function.
  • Advanced knowledge of Compliance practices and industry standards, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption regulations.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interface with senior-level managers and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and French.
