About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Apple Hotel Group. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and development of our hotel projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest quality standards, conducting regular site inspections and implementing quality control measures as needed.
  • Budgeting and Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and that projects are completed within budget.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with construction projects, ensuring that the company's interests are protected.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure that projects are completed successfully.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
