Inventory Management Specialist

Jena Industries Inc. is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective inventory management strategies to optimize our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management plans to prioritize tasks and optimize workflows.
- Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring timely and efficient stock levels.
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Recruit and hire staff to support our growing operations.
- Train workers in duties and policies to ensure a high level of performance.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient workflows.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced environment with a focus on productivity and efficiency.
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines and optimize workflows.
- Handling heavy loads and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory records and efficient workflows.
