Job Summary

As a key member of the Stryker Canada ULC team, the Inventory Planning Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal management of service parts inventory. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate minimum order quantities and safety stock levels for service parts in the Distribution Centre and storage lockers/vans.
  • Manage the service parts lifecycle, including phase-out assessments and product launches.
  • Analyze service parts inventory to optimize the service part inventory pool.
  • Create and maintain accurate inventory processes by analyzing historical data, market trends, stakeholder feedback, and other key factors.
  • Serve as the primary planning contact for business partners, including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Regulatory teams.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making for leadership.
  • Support inventory planning team with process improvements, reporting, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Service, ProCare, and Contracts teams to ensure adequate stock and forecasts for customer service needs.
  • Develop KPI reporting to analyze and optimize demo and loaner inventory performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience in supply chain analysis, inventory, finance, or related area
  • PowerBI

Travel Percentage: 10%
