  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Budgeting: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our financial means.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing a positive experience for our customers.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we are able to track our performance and make informed decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, providing insights into our operations and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Noisy and hot work environment.
  • Work Setting: On-site customer service and restaurant setting.
  • Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules, supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff, train staff, estimate ingredients and supplies, ensure quality control, budgeting, customer service, record keeping, and reporting.
  • Supervision: Supervise 5-10 people, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
