- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Budgeting: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our financial means.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing a positive experience for our customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we are able to track our performance and make informed decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, providing insights into our operations and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Noisy and hot work environment.
- Work Setting: On-site customer service and restaurant setting.
- Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules, supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff, train staff, estimate ingredients and supplies, ensure quality control, budgeting, customer service, record keeping, and reporting.
- Supervision: Supervise 5-10 people, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
