About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Fashion Associate at RW&CO.

As a Fashion Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing personalized service, product knowledge, and styling expertise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience for every customer
  • Utilize product knowledge to drive sales, promote products, and provide styling advice to customers
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including fabrics, styles, and trends
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment
Requirements
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
