Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Automotive Sales Depot Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Supervise and train other workers to ensure efficient office operations
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Client focus and attention to detail
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours

The work hours are 35 hours per week.
