Estimated Salary

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $120,000 per year, plus uncapped commission. With a strong track record of sales growth, our top performers can exceed $200,000 in annual earnings.

About the Role

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for generating sales with new and existing clients across North America. You will work closely with our elite sales team to identify and pursue high-value opportunities, leveraging our best-in-class products such as Real Estate CRM, Real Estate Websites, HomeSpotter, Cloud CMA, and more.

You will own the relationships with major real estate brands, as well as internal and external stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you must be detail-oriented, extremely motivated, and have a proven ability to exceed sales quotas and hit accelerators.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of four (4) years related experience in software sales or relevant role in the real estate industry.

  • Actively developing opportunities and mastering the basic skills of discovery, demonstrating value, and closing deals.
  • Managing sales activities, calls, web meetings, and email communication to achieve successful engagement through relationship building and negotiation.
  • Having an inquisitive mindset and learning through questioning.
  • Actively researching, developing, and performing detailed remote product demonstrations.
  • Regularly communicating activity and providing feedback on personal performance challenges and opportunities to get better.
  • Participating in group and one-on-one coaching sessions to hone skills.
  • Building relationships cross-functionally with team members across the entire sales organization.
  • Superior computer skills, proficient with CRMs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Impeccable time management and priority setting skills.
  • Demonstrable capabilities and value of software products in virtual settings and in person.
  • The confidence to speak effectively with a wide range of executives as you introduce, demonstrate, and solve for pain points that real estate companies encounter every day.
