Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high standard of quality.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future growth.
  • Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators.
  • Stay up-to-date with the establishment's culinary genres, enhancing your knowledge and skills.
  • Establish work schedules that meet the needs of the team and the business, ensuring a smooth operation.
