Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Crédit Agricole SA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mitigating operational risks across various business lines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and monitoring to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address control gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide risk management guidance and support to business units to ensure effective risk management practices.
  • Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular reporting and analysis to ensure effective risk management practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in operational risk management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of operational risk management principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and data visualization tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Experience in a financial institution or a related industry.
