Key Responsibilities- Lead Risk-Based Testing Reviews: Develop and execute testing programs to assess the effectiveness of controls and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Business Units: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand process risks and develop targeted testing plans.
- Document and Communicate Results: Prepare detailed testing reports and present findings to stakeholders, ensuring that action plans are developed and implemented to address identified issues.
- Develop and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders, including key decision-makers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Regulatory Requirements: Maintain knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and expectations related to investment banking and broker-dealer activities.
- 8-10 Years' Experience: Proven experience in risk management, internal or external audit, or control testing, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify key risk areas, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Banking and Broker-Dealer Risks: Understanding of banking and broker-dealer risks and regulations, including applicable laws and regulations.
