Job Summary

The Logistics Operations Specialist will be responsible for preparing and tracking work orders, receiving, unpacking, and sorting incoming parts, supplies, and materials, as well as shipping, delivering, or picking up parts, products, or equipment. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations: Ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, maintaining accurate records and reports as necessary.
  • Delivery Services: Provide pick-up and delivery services as requested, utilizing company vehicles or other designated transportation methods.
  • Customer Service: Maintain excellent communication with customers, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and/or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including:

  • Parking available on site.
  • A permanent full-time position with 40 hours of work per week.
  • Bilingual language requirements.
