Job Title: Client Relationship Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Associate to join our team at TD Private Wealth Management. As a Client Relationship Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our high-value clients, working closely with Investment Advisors to deliver tailored solutions and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide business and relationship management support to Investment Advisors, enabling them to deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Assist in building integrated and customized solutions based on clients' unique needs, working closely with Investment Advisors and other stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, Investment Advisor Bank branches, and other Bank referral sources.
  • Demonstrate financial planning expertise to support Investment Advisors and produce high-quality plans that exceed client expectations and improve client retention and loyalty.
  • Participate in client meetings and the wealth planning process, organizing client seminars and events as needed.
  • Match clients to their products and services in a professional, consistent, and expedient manner.
  • Maintain a culture of risk management, adhering to internal policies and procedures, and protecting the interests of the Bank by monitoring and raising transaction activity as required.
  • Monitor service quality and productivity, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Keep current on emerging trends and keep others informed and up-to-date on work status and progress.
Requirements:
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook.
  • Requirement of the role that you become licensed with Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) as a Registered Representative (RR).
  • Desirable: Undergraduate Degree or Community College Diploma.
  • Desirable: Personal Financial Planner (PFP) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work confidentially, independently, and as part of a team.
