About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join our team at Acosta. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and margin for our clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Program Execution: Oversee the execution of programs and initiatives to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients to ensure seamless execution and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of account management or operations/management experience in a retail merchandising environment.
  • Skills: Excellent relationship building skills, outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and prioritization of tasks.
  • Knowledge: Proficiency in Excel, ability to work with finance contacts, and knowledge of the general retail landscape.
