Restaurant Operations Manager

As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Pizza Hut, you will be responsible for analyzing the restaurant's budget to boost and maintain profits. You will develop a budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies. You will evaluate daily operations, modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget, and monitor revenues to determine labor costs. You will also monitor staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, set staff work schedules, train staff, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
