Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our team at Fairfield Inn & Suites Marriott Barrie. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the hotel team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Financial Management: Manage the hotel's budget, revenue, and expenses, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and quality service.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of excellence and customer focus.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior hotel management role, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
