Real Estate Paralegal Specialist

Job Summary
The Paralegal for Real Estate Team will provide legal support to the Real Estate team, including contract review, lease management, and vendor setup. The ideal candidate will have a Paralegal Certificate, 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract review and execution
- Lease management, including tenant construction allowance qualification and lease default claims
- Vendor setup and management
- Assist in preparation of leases and real estate committee packages
- Manage store construction due diligence and coordinate special event approvals
- Update and maintain Legal Tracker and Co-Star property management databases
- Prepare and update lease abstracts in Co-Star
- Coordinate with intellectual property counsel to monitor and protect trademarks and trade names
- Manage intake of service of process and subpoenas
- Manage responses to property management issues, including reviewing leases and communicating with landlords
Requirements
- Paralegal Certificate required
- 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to flex schedule for occasional weekend or evening work
