About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons #1458. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting kitchen and food service areas.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Will train or equivalent experience.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, judgement, reliability, and team player.
