Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.

  • Develop and implement production schedules to ensure efficient workflow and meet customer demand.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate bakery equipment and machinery with precision and attention to detail.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Standing for extended periods and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Excellent judgment, reliability, and teamwork skills.
  • Will train on-the-job.
