About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Pizza Hut team as a Food Service Team Member. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Order Taking and Processing: Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Payment Processing: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
