Job Title: Line Cook

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Bombay Bistro/2576256 Ontario Inc. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as requisitioning food and kitchen supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate special events and requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations
