Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join our team at Nova Scotia Health Authority. As a Physician Assistant, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary health team to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team to provide patient care
- Coordinate patient care and develop treatment plans
- Examine patients, take medical histories, and consult with physicians to evaluate patients' physical and mental health
- Conduct patient interviews, physical assessments, and take medical histories
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
