Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package that includes a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits program that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous pension plan.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will work closely with our Indigenous Affairs team to develop and implement strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. You will also serve as a liaison between our company and Indigenous communities, building relationships and fostering partnerships that support economic development and social responsibility.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A post-secondary degree in a related field, such as Indigenous studies, business administration, or communications;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders;
- Proven experience working with Indigenous communities and organizations;
- A strong understanding of Indigenous cultures and histories;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
