The University of Saskatchewan is seeking an Indigenous Health Coordinator to support the Canadian Network on Hepatitis C. The successful candidate will work closely with Dr. Alexandra King, Renée Masching, and Carrielynn Lund to strengthen Indigenous participation in the Network and promote decolonization in research practices.


The Indigenous Health Coordinator will be responsible for implementing Indigenous research governance principles and a formal community accountability framework. They will also engage with Indigenous people with lived experience of hepatitis C, develop a community accountability framework, and work with the CanHepC National Indigenous Roadmap project team to create a National Roadmap to guide the creation and implementation of guiding principles specific to Indigenous people with hepatitis C.


The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a related health or business discipline and a minimum of two years of directly related leadership experience in research administration. They will also have knowledge of Indigenous health context in Canada, project management processes, and University of Saskatchewan policies and procedures.
