We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) supply chain and fulfilment operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of our DTC supply chain, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Supply Chain and Fulfilment Operations teams to drive business results and achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize inventory management, demand planning, replenishment, and last-mile delivery services across all DTC brands.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including wholesale, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of supply chain activities.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management, order management, demand forecasting accuracy, and replenishment flows.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to facilitate planning and coordination of supply chain activities.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics and service level agreements to ensure departmental performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in DTC supply chain and fulfilment operations, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment with high volume inbound and outbound flows.
  • Exceptional project management, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience in ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP a plus.
