Job Summary

The Sales Representative will manage the customer experience from initial contact to appointment stage of our proven sales process. The successful candidate will assist customers by answering general questions about vehicles and booking express appointments for O'Regan's sales departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport.
  • Gather preliminary details on potential customer trade-in vehicles.
  • Check inventory availability.
  • Book test drives.
  • Maintain customer database, ensuring information is thorough and accurate.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers on a timely basis.

Requirements

  • A strong aptitude for customer service and building rapport.
  • Experience in a sales or call centre environment is considered an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A well-organized, results-focused, and reliable team player.
  • Technologically savvy, with frequent use of Windows 10 and Google Chrome.
  • The ability to type quickly and with accuracy.
