Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Parts Sales Professional to join our team at PartSource. As a Commercial Auto Parts Expert, you will be responsible for driving commercial sales within your store and providing exceptional customer service to our installer customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for commercial customers, providing expert knowledge on automotive parts and systems.
  • Maintain relationships with commercial customers, ensuring they receive the right parts for their needs.
  • Ensure efficient delivery of products, staging deliveries and overseeing drivers.
  • Generate invoices and credits for commercial accounts, maintaining accurate filing systems.
  • Provide support and recommendations for maintenance or repair of delivery/fleet vehicles.
  • Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to PPE guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of automotive systems, including electronics, suspension, brakes, exhaust, etc.
  • Functional literacy and capability of recognizing part numbers and line codes.
  • Fundamental computer skills.
  • Effective communication and decision-making abilities, with excellent selling skills.
  • Team player with a passion for the automotive parts aftermarket industry.
  • Familiarity with using protective equipment, including safety shoes, safety glasses, and gloves.

Assets:

  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Automotive Training or Certification is an asset.
