Service Lot Attendant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Lot Attendant to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships.

Job Summary

The Service Lot Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service department and service lot. This includes inspecting vehicles for damage, verifying accessories, and safely transporting clients to and from destinations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize vehicles in the service parking lot to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and verify accessories listed on the invoice to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Transport clients to and from destinations using the dealership's shuttle service, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
  • Prepare vehicles for delivery and pick up, including washing and cleaning as required.
  • Catalogue and store keys to ensure secure and efficient access to vehicles.
  • Perform daily inspections of the lot to identify and address any security or cleanliness issues.
  • Ensure the lot is arranged, organized, and free from litter and debris to maintain a professional appearance.
  • Clean and remove garbage from the shop as required to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Maintain walkway accessibility in inclement weather to ensure customer and employee safety.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence.
  • Clear Driver's Abstract.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Good judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
  • Manual transmission driving experience.
