Job Summary

The AWIN Group of Dealerships is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Lot Attendant to join their team. As a Service Lot Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service department and service lot.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and arrange vehicles in the service parking lot to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and verify accessories listed on the invoice to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Transport clients to and from destinations using the dealership's shuttle service, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
  • Prepare vehicles for delivery and pick up, including washing and cleaning as required.
  • Catalogue and store keys securely to prevent loss or misplacement.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the lot to identify and address any security or cleanliness issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the removal of litter and debris.
  • Clean and maintain the shop area, including the removal of garbage and recyclables.
  • Ensure walkways are clear and accessible in all weather conditions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including shuttle driver duties, valet parking, and assisting the Sales Lot Attendants as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's License.
  • Clear Driver's Abstract.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
  • Manual transmission driving experience.
