Service Lot Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Lot Attendant to join our team at Mercedes-Benz Oakville. As a key member of our service department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service lot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport vehicles safely and efficiently between the service drive-thru, parking lot, and shop.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Perform routine vehicle checks, including tire pressure and fluid adjustments.
  • Prepare vehicles for delivery and pick-up, including washing and detailing as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys and ensure secure storage.
  • Ensure the service lot is organized, clean, and free of debris.
  • Assist with cleaning and removing garbage from the shop as required.
  • Maintain walkway accessibility in inclement weather.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including shuttle driver duties and valet parking.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence.
  • Clear Driver's Abstract.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Good judgment and ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
  • Manual transmission driving experience.
