Job Summary

The Service Lot Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service department and service lot. This position involves the safe transportation of all dealership/customer vehicles, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Moving vehicles from the Service Drive-Thru to the parking lot or into the shop.
  • Greeting guests and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Adjusting tire pressure and fluids to ensure vehicle safety.
  • Preparing vehicles for delivery and pick up/wash vehicles to meet our high standards.
  • Cataloguing and storing keys securely.
  • Maintaining the lot's arrangement, organization, and cleanliness, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Cleaning and removing garbage from the shop as required.
  • Maintaining walkway accessibility in inclement weather.
  • Performing other duties as assigned, such as shuttle driver duties, valet parking, and assisting the Sales Lot Attendants as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence.
  • Clear Driver's Abstract.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Good judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
  • Manual transmission driving experience.
