Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at ECW Holdings Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints or concerns
- Establish work schedules
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food service management
- College/CEGEP education
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
