About the JobThis Enterprise Data Management leadership role is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our Data & Analytics Office and lead our Data Management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing data migration and conversion functions, guiding platform development, and driving strategic direction for operations and project/initiative engagements.
You will manage a dedicated team of Data Management Analysts and Engineers responsible for various functions, including master data management, data incident investigations, data quality reporting, and scorecarding. Your expertise in effective data migration and conversion methodology will be invaluable in helping us continue our data journey.
This leadership role requires strong people management skills, including goal setting, performance management, recruitment, administration, and leading employees through personal growth and development.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in technical, business, or digital areas, or an equivalent combination of education and business-related work experience.
- At least 10 years of total work experience in data migration, data management, and/or data governance roles, with a minimum of 5 years leading data migration and conversion projects.
- 5+ years of experience working in complex data ecosystems with SAP or a similar ERP.
- 5+ years of experience in people management.
Additionally, familiarity with SQL, Monte Carlo or similar Data Quality tools, PowerBI or similar data visualization, and Collibra or similar Data Governance platforms are considered assets.
