At Florida Crystals / ASR Group, we are seeking a skilled Operational Technician to join our team at the Redpath Belleville plant.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you will be responsible for operating various types of packaging and mixing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare materials and weigh ingredients for product blending
  • Operate mixing equipment and ensure accurate completion of processing steps and quality requirements
  • Participate in a packaging line team operating packing, labeling, and palletizing equipment
  • Complete sanitation and good housekeeping activities in the plant
  • Maintain all required sampling, documentation, and verification activities for your tasks

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
  • Ability to use hand tools, digital scales with timers, and enter weights into a computer
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment or food production environment is an asset
