Slot Technician Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Slot Technician to join our team at Shorelines Casino Belleville. As a Slot Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of slot machines, performing preventative maintenance, and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize uptime of slot machines through regular maintenance and repairs
  • Perform conversions and upgrades of slot machines as required
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations on the gaming floor
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and innovations in the gaming industry
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
