Work Environment


At Comfort Inn & Suites, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel operations and a strong ability to coordinate, assign and review work.


Key Responsibilities


As a Hotel Managing Supervisor, you will be responsible for:



  • Maintaining the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arranging repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.


  • Requisitioning materials and supplies, and ensuring that they are properly stored and accounted for.


  • Coordinating and assigning work to staff, and reviewing their performance to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.


  • Hiring and training new staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.



Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.


  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • A strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.


  • The ability to work as part of a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
