Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning operations at the Southfort Inn. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our housekeeping staff, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our hotel and resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
- Recommend additional services required, such as painting or repair work.
- Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent client focus, reliability, and communication skills.
