At Comfort Inn and Suites Surrey, we are seeking a skilled Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure efficient hotel operations
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies to meet hotel needs

As a Hotel Managing Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a fast-paced environment and ensuring that our guests receive excellent service. You will also be responsible for managing a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel management role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 hours per week
