Your primary responsibility will be to supervise a small group of hourly associates, ensuring compliance with safety and logistics procedures. This role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to drive results and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Requirements
You will be responsible for communicating daily work assignments to associates, interviewing potential candidates, and providing recommendations for hire. You will also lead shift safety meetings, monitor and reinforce safety awareness among associates, and evaluate and recommend changes in work processes to improve efficiency. Additionally, you will manage associate working hours and activities to minimize overtime and meet or exceed productivity targets. To succeed in this role, you should have 3-5 years of warehouse experience, preferably with 2 years of supervisory experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, while a Bachelor's degree is preferred. You should possess good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in using CRT, PC, scanners, and related equipment.
