Job Description

Job Title: System Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team at J&M Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and upgrading our Cisco IP telephony systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implementation: Design and implement Cisco IP telephony systems, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.
  • Expertise in Cisco Solutions: Develop and maintain expertise in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), Cisco Emergency Responder (CER), and Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM & Presence (IM&P).
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot issues related to Cisco IP telephony, voice gateways, and Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), providing timely and effective support to our team.
  • Video Device Management: Manage and maintain video devices such as Crestron, Lenovo, and Yealink, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
  • Microsoft Teams Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise in Microsoft Teams, including tasks such as creating Teams numbers using PowerShell and blocking spam numbers.
  • Teams Room Configuration and Azure AD: Configure and manage Teams Rooms and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) to ensure seamless integration with our Microsoft Teams environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Cisco IP telephony systems and technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and Azure Active Directory.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
