Job Summary

Hopewell Logistics Inc. is seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to join our team. As an ERP Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain our ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide technical support and training to users on the ERP system.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and implement system upgrades.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system changes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for the ERP system, including user manuals and technical guides.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in ERP technology.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ERP administration and support.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with ERP software and database management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional weekend and evening work may be required. Periodic travel may be necessary.
