Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team at On-Time Tilt-N-Tow Inc. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while operating a tow truck to transport vehicles safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport Vehicles: Safely and efficiently transport vehicles to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to vehicle owners, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Vehicle Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of the tow truck and its equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations, such as accidents or breakdowns, to provide assistance and transport vehicles to a safe location.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vehicle transportations, including driver logs and inspection reports.
Requirements
  • Class 1/1F/A Licence: Possess a valid Class 1/1F/A Licence to operate a semi-trailer truck.
  • Class 3/3F/DF Licence: Possess a valid Class 3/3F/DF Licence to operate a trailer truck with more than three axles.
  • Experience: Have a minimum of [insert experience] years of experience as a Tow Truck Driver.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
